Welcome to DCP Wizard ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at dcpwizard.com (the "Service") and form a binding contractual agreement between you, the user of the Service, and us.

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using any part of our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

3. Our Services

DCP Wizard provides a service to convert still image files into Digital Cinema Packages (DCPs). We also offer pre-made DCPs for purchase. The service is provided on a "pay-as-you-go" basis through a credit system, where one (1) credit is required for one (1) image-to-DCP conversion.

4. User Accounts

To access our services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload to our Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service to you.

You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments for credits and pre-made products are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCP Wizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
